Dr. Anna Hill-Moses
DENTIST
Meet Dr. Anna Hill-Moses, the passionate owner and dentist at Tampa Bay Dental Design! Dentistry has been her dream since she was three years old, blending her love for science, art, and patient care. With a background in education—having taught high school chemistry and biology through Teach for America—Dr. Anna enjoys the educational aspect of dentistry and strives to make every patient feel comfortable and informed. She earned her undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania and her dental degree from the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Since graduating in 2019, she has pursued advanced training in oral surgery, dental implants, and is certified in Invisalign™ Clear Aligners. Outside the office, she loves traveling (with just four states left to visit!), spending time with her family, and enjoying local favorites like Chill Bros Ice Cream, Olivia’s, and The Front Porch.
Her best dental advice? Be proactive rather than reactive—she's here to help you prevent pain and make informed decisions about your oral health!

Ella
Meet Fiorella, or Ella, our dedicated dental hygienist at Tampa Bay Dental Design! With over eight years of experience in the dental field and a degree from St. Petersburg College, Ella is passionate about helping patients achieve excellent oral health. She loves the positive and energetic atmosphere of our office and the flexibility in her schedule. Outside of work, Ella enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and unwinding on Friday nights at Costanera.
Her top dental tip? Replace your toothbrush every three months—or sooner if the bristles are worn!
Issy

Meet Ismarie, or Issy, our enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator at Tampa Bay Dental Design! A recent addition to the dental field, Issy brings her education from Florida International University and a bright, sunflower-like personality to our team. She loves working here because she feels like an integral part of the team and enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of our patients. Outside of the office, Issy enjoys diving into a good book, spending time with her son and cheering on the Tampa Bay Rays.
